The role requires 7–10 years of corporate paralegal experience, a four‑year degree, and proficiency with EDGAR, hCue, Workiva, Carta and Shareworks, plus strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of corporate paralegal experience with public and private companies.
• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Section 16 filing platforms including EDGAR, hCue and Workiva; capitalization-management platforms such as Carta and Shareworks.

Aufgaben

• Assist lawyers and clients with high-level corporate and transactional paralegal duties.
• Maintain confidential client records and coordinate with lawyers, clients and paralegal teams.
• Prepare, file, and maintain corporate governance and entity-formation documents; manage closings for financings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Oversee corporate maintenance for a large number of clients across industries.
