Job summary

Waste Solution Services is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Lead to support growing business and legal needs in Florida. This hands-on role requires strong organization, independent work, and collaboration with leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel.

You will manage a broad range of legal matters, draft and refine routine agreements, oversee document management, and drive process improvements across legal operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as corporate, commercial, or business paralegal.
• Experience in-house or at a small firm preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal needs of the company.
• Intake and triage legal requests from internal teams.
• Review, prepare, and maintain business and legal documents.
• Draft and redline routine agreements using templates.
• Assist with contract administration and document management.
• Serve as primary contact for outside counsel.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external professionals.
• Maintain organized records, deadlines, filings, and documentation.
• Assist with corporate and general business matters.
• Support research, filings, and other legal projects as needed.
• Improve processes and systems related to legal operations.
• Provide general leadership support on legal matters.
