Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Corporate Paralegal in a corporate legal dept or law firm.
• Proficient in corporate secretarial practices and statutory compliance.
• Strong company law and governance knowledge; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
• Assist in annual returns filings with authorities.
• Draft, review, and execute corporate agreements and resolutions.
• Coordinate board and committee meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Conduct legal research for corporate transactions and opinions.
• Manage filing systems (physical and electronic).
• Assist onboarding of new entities and restructurings.
