Anaconda is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to own equity administration, subsidiary management, and board records as the company scales in the AI space. You will interact with Finance, People, and Tax teams, improving processes and drafting critical documents with meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a high-growth tech setting.
• Hands-on equity administration across multiple entities and plans.
• Knowledge of ISO, NSOs, RSUs, 409A valuations and related tax issues.
• Experience drafting board and stockholder consents and maintaining records.
• Subsidiary compliance management for domestic and international entities.
• Strong written communication and ability to handle sensitive topics.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to identify and fix gaps, build processes, and leverage AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own equity administration lifecycle: grants, vesting, terminations, and cap table accuracy.
• Maintain corporate records, consents, minutes, and board materials.
• Manage subsidiary/entity registrations, good standing and filings.
• Support insurance program administration and related requests.
• Assist employment law-related documents and multi-state compliance.
• Lead special projects and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve ops.
