Fortra is hiring a Senior Paralegal in Utah to partner with the General Counsel and business teams on corporate matters and contract workflows. The role focuses on entity management, insurance, financing, and a broad set of commercial agreements including software licenses and professional services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Entity management and insurance experience.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation of software, SaaS and professional services agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to balance commercial and legal risk.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with General Counsel and business leaders to assess terms, obligations and risk.
• Independently manage contract workflows and deadlines.
• Support entity management, insurance, financing and related matters.
• Assist with partner letters, NDAs and customer forms.
• Provide guidance on contract processes to internal stakeholders.
