Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Senior Paralegal to partner with the General Counsel and the business to oversee corporate matters, contracts, and related risk management. You will help manage entity-related matters, insurance, financing, and review of various agreements including software licenses and SaaS contracts.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to balance business and legal risk, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Entity management and insurance experience.
• 5+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience involving software, SaaS, and professional services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with General Counsel and business leaders to assess terms, obligations, and risk.
• Manage contract workflows and priorities with deadlines.
• Assist with entity management, insurance, financing.
• Prepare and handle NDAs, customer forms, and partner letters.
• Support contract-related processes and maintain templates and libraries.
