Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day legal operations, managing legal technology platforms, and assisting with legal budget analyses. Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in a dynamic environment, adhering to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm.
• Experience supporting global or highly regulated organizations preferred.
• IP-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Legal team.
• Administer core legal technology platforms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist with identifying, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze legal budget and spend for trends.
