Paralegal/Associate Institutional Client Solutions (Credit & Insurance Funds)
Job Description & Responsibilities
Large private equity firm seeks paralegal to join a dynamic team in Miami and work closely with a global group focused on supporting fundraising and investor engagement for credit and insurance investment strategies. The role is highly cross-functional and client-facing, involving frequent interaction with product specialists and senior leadership at a leading global commercial real estate and credit investment manager.
The Associate will play a key role in supporting investor communications, managing due diligence requests, and maintaining high-quality marketing and reporting materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage responses to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
- Address and coordinate responses to bespoke investor inquiries and information requests
Investor Communications & Marketing Materials
- Partner with global Product Specialists to create, update, and maintain investor presentation materials
- Support investor reporting, fund updates, and written communications distributed to institutional clients
- Develop a strong understanding of credit investment strategies, vehicles, and fund structures
- Experience working with fund documents
- Effectively communicate product positioning and fund details to internal stakeholders and clients
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across internal business functions to gather information and execute deliverables
- Manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism
New Product Launch Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of business development initiatives related to new fund launches
- Support internal processes tied to product rollout, materials preparation, and investor messaging
- Contribute to a high-performing, collegial culture
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support the broader team in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
