Mission Recruiting, LLC seeks an experienced attorney to join its Corporate Practice Group in Wheaton, Illinois. The role focuses on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and related transactions.

The attorney will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other corporate transactions, including debt and equity offerings, entity formation, and complex contracts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with emphasis on M&A and corporate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, debt and equity offerings, entity formation, and sophisticated contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, effective client communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
• Handle debt and equity offerings; advise on entity formation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial contracts.
• Lead teams on transactional projects and provide practical legal guidance to clients.
• Maintain a high level of client interaction and service; support business development.
