• 5+ years corporate and transactional experience including meaningful exposure to M&A
• Ability to independently run deals and manage transaction timelines
• Admission to practice in Ohio or ability to obtain admission
• On-site in Columbus, OH, hybrid, or remote options available

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from LOI through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents
• Advise business clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general corporate matters
• Collaborate with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers
• Maintain substantial client contact and autonomy while working with a sophisticated team
