Job summary

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson is seeking an associate, of counsel, or partner to join its corporate law and mergers & acquisitions team in Orlando. A book of business is preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on leading projects and transactions.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of corporate/M&A experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to interact with clients. This is a full-time role with the option of fully remote work, offering a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of corporate and/or M&A experience.
• Ability to lead projects and transactions.
• Excellent drafting and attention to detail.
• Comfort interacting with clients and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Join the corporate law and mergers & acquisitions team in Orlando.
• Collaborate with associates, of counsel, or partner-level attorneys.
• Manage client engagements and transactions from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and related documents.
