Job summary

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm in Orlando, seeks an associate, of counsel, or partner for its corporate law and mergers and acquisitions group. A book of business is preferred but not required. The candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate/M&A experience and lead projects and transactions.

The role is full-time with benefits and a fully remote option. Excellent drafting and client-relations skills are essential. No phone calls or walk-ins.

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office to join our corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team as associate, of counsel or partner. A book of business is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate and/or M&A experience, comfortable leading projects and transactions, and strong management skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.
