Job summary

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson is seeking an associate, of counsel, or partner to join its corporate law and mergers & acquisitions team in Orlando. A book of business is preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on leading projects and transactions.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of corporate/M&A experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to interact with clients. This is a full-time role with the option of fully remote work, offering a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Join the corporate law and mergers & acquisitions team in Orlando.

• Manage client engagements and transactions from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and related documents.

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office to join our corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team as associate, of counsel or partner. A book of business is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate and/or M&A experience, comfortable leading projects and transactions, and strong management skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.
