Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Corporate Loan Officer to lead complex lending relationships and drive sustainable portfolio growth for top agribusiness members. The role spans sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and ongoing management of large credits, with a strong emphasis on risk discipline and client advisory services.

Hybrid work is available after 6 months, with preferred locations including Mechanicsburg, Mount Joy, or Butler.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–10+ years in commercial/corporate lending
• Experience with large, complex credit relationships preferred
• Agriculture or agribusiness industry experience strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a pipeline of agribusiness lending opportunities
• Lead sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and ongoing management of corporate credit relationships
• Collaborate with Corporate Underwriting on financial analysis and covenant structures
• Advance portfolio strategy, growth targets, and risk discipline
• Represent Horizon Farm Credit professionally in the marketplace and with centers of influence
