Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous design experience in corporate interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client throughout design phase.
• Oversee design team leadership and coordination.
• Develop preliminary programs of requirements and space standards.
• Create 3D design concepts including lighting, FF&E.
• Coordinate design with client, consultants and project team.
• Prepare design scope budgets and budget analyses.
• Attend design presentations and lead furniture showroom tours.
• Review shop drawings and construction documentation.
