Candidates bring 10+ years of corporate interiors experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong rendering skills with Enscape and AI tools, and a track record of furniture/FF&E specification and coordination.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous design experience in corporate interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create photo-realistic renderings using Enscape and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients throughout the design phase.
• Oversee design team and develop program requirements.
• Prepare design scope budgets and analyze budgets.
• Develop 3D concepts including lighting and FF&E.
• Coordinate with client, consultants and project team.
• Attend business presentations and script presentations.
