Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Corporate Governance Subject Matter Expert to own the operating framework for entity management, corporate filings, and governance records across a fully remote, multinational organization. You will ensure accuracy, currentness, and readiness to support business activity and expansion.

The role emphasizes maintaining complete governance documentation, timely filings and approvals, and developing scalable standards to mitigate governance risks and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate governance, entity management, or related field.
• Experience with formations, dissolutions, filings, and corporate records.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of entities including formations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions.
• Maintain authoritative entity records, charts, officers, ownership, and good-standing.
• Manage governance documentation: minutes, charters, bylaws, consents, resolutions.
• Draft and coordinate board and officer resolutions and approvals.
• Develop scalable governance policies and dashboards on entity status and risks.
• Support governance reporting for meetings, audits, diligence.
• Supervise Corporate Governance Associate.
