Capital Group seeks a Corporate Governance Associate Senior to support efficient management of Capital’s regulated funds, advisors and affiliates. You will help ensure compliance with regulations, prepare board materials, and coordinate filings with in-house attorneys and compliance teams.

You will thrive by optimizing processes, using your attention to detail, and collaborating across departments to improve governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and conscious processes in your current position demonstrating accuracy.
• You love researching and cross-referencing sources to uncover gaps and discrepancies.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other technologies to automate, refine, and streamline board materials and broad communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, coordinate, and finalize documentation for routine regulatory filings and specialized fund board materials.
• Assist in broader department communication and align with applicable legal requirements.
• Partner with in-house lawyers, fund officers, compliance managers, and investment operations professionals to support portfolio compliance operations and global regulatory requirements.
