Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Portable book of business (minimum $100k).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in formation and structuring of corporate entities.
• Handle asset and stock sales including due diligence and drafting purchase agreements.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Advise on securities law matters, including offerings and shareholder rights.
• Represent clients in shareholder disputes and litigation.
• Stay updated on corporate and securities law changes.
