Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in formation and structuring of corporate entities and jurisdictions.
• Handle asset and stock sales, including drafting and due diligence.
• Oversee corporate/entity transactions: mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures.
• Advise on securities law matters and compliance with securities regulations.
• Represent clients in shareholder disputes and related litigation.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate and securities law and advise accordingly.
