Demandbase, a leading pipeline AI platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A in the US to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and board-level reporting. You will build complex financial models and partner with FP&A, Accounting, and BI leaders to drive growth and efficiency.

Hybrid work option preferred; remote considered within the Pacific Time Zone. This role reports to the VP Finance and plays a central part in Demandbase’s planning cycle.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience in tech or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA a plus
• Experience independently owning complex FP&A processes (budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning)
• Experience building an integrated three-statement forecast (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Experience with revenue, billings, and collections forecasting; cost allocations a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with senior leadership
• Proficient with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, and advanced Google Sheets modeling

• Own the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan
• Build and maintain an integrated three-statement forecast
• Manage revenue, billings, and collections forecasting and related revenue recognition
• Develop variance analyses and board-ready materials
• Lead planning system improvements and mentor junior FP&A staff
