Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking an accounting professional to support global accounting, shared services, tax and finance teams. The role involves backfills, month-end closes, and hands-on AP/AR work, with SAP experience and a proactive, detail-driven mindset.

You’ll help improve processes, strengthen controls, and report financial data clearly. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting or audit, US GAAP and SOX knowledge, advanced Excel, and is CPA-eligible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
• CPA license (active or pursuing) is a plus.
• CPG, retail, manufacturing or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP/S4 is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoicing, freight and inventory processing, and accounts receivable/payable functions.
• Assist with accounts payable system implementations.
• Assist in managing daily operational accounting for Mass Retail and DTC channels.
• Assist in the monthly close, including reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
• Analyze month-over-month and year-over-year balances and results meaningfully.
• Build relationships across accounting and finance teams to support business needs.
• Assist in special projects such as AI and automation and SOX readiness.
