The ideal candidate has 10+ years in communications, BA in Communications/Marketing, and proven ability to craft holistic programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal and external communications.
• BA in Communications/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Ability to create holistic employee communication programs spanning engagement, advocacy, content creation, social platforms, events, research and measurement.
• Demonstrated original writing and editing expertise across digital, print, and events.
• Proficiency in multi-channel communication strategies (digital, print, events).
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Sprout Social, Marketo, and Kentico.
• Execution/delivery mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate brand voice and identity through content strategy and communications plans across channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, research, and develop content for marketing programs (email, video, web, TV, radio).
• Execute content creation in platforms such as Marketo, Sprout Social, and InDesign.
• Develop internal multi-channel communication strategies and content supporting brand adoption across the organization, including video and event scripts.
• Create timely communications to employees on products, enhancements, culture-building, and internal initiatives.
• Lead and execute the organization’s public relations strategy and provide regular reports on PR efforts.
• Lead multi-channel social media communications, developing content tailored to each channel and audience, with metrics reports.
• Support executive communications requirements (messaging, speeches, videos, town halls).
• Support department and corporate projects and other duties as assigned.
