Job summary

Porch Group seeks a Senior Corporate Development Manager to lead acquisition strategy and drive enterprise development across the organization, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development. This role blends M&A, business development, and corporate strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will source targets, coordinate due diligence with Finance, Legal, and Operations, and prepare investment materials for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years in M&A, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong ability to evaluate acquisitions strategically and financially and to execute transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate acquisition strategies independently and with business-unit leaders.
• Source targets and assess strategic/financial fit for deals.
• Own due diligence workstreams with Finance, Legal and Operations for close.
• Prepare investment materials for VP and senior leaders.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and synergy tracking.
