Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a Corporate Development Manager (M&A) to drive our acquisition strategy and expand our global portfolio. This remote-US role partners with the CFO and senior leadership to identify opportunities, build founder relationships, and move deals from initial contact through diligence, closing, and integration.

You will work across Finance, Legal, Operations, and portfolio companies, shaping deal structures and creating compelling business cases for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Track record of sourcing or originating acquisition opportunities through relationships and direct outreach.
• Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, and privately held or family-owned businesses.
• Experience in consumer products, gaming, collectibles, hobby, distribution, e-commerce, or international businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition and business development strategy.
• Identify and pursue acquisition targets aligning with portfolio and growth priorities.
• Maintain a strong deal pipeline and build relationships with founders and industry partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and support deal closing and integration planning.
