Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of Credit Analysis/Credit Underwriter experience; or 14+ years of equivalent work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial underwriting on middle market to corporate transactions with significant profit impact.
• Recommend final structure and pricing to Relationship Manager and Credit Concurrence Officer; own exceptions.
• Write commitment reports and participate in loan committee presentations to support conclusions.
• Participate in joint calls with Relationship Managers; build client relationships and assist in new business.
• Mentor and coach junior underwriters and interns, overseeing workflow and covenant testing.
