• 11+ years equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Credit conversations and decision making with Private Wealth Bankers, Credit Risk Managers, Banking Managers, and Advisors.
• Work efficiently to get deals approved while mitigating risk.
• Prepare sophisticated commercial and consumer financial analyses, credits/loans, and make recommendations on loan structure, pricing, and risk rating.
• Recognize and document policy exceptions and gather vital information for credit analysis.
• Prepare commitment reports for all multi-state markets supported by Private Wealth.
• Mentor and train less tenured Credit Specialists and serve as a resource to Private Wealth Bankers.
