Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Credit Analysis/Credit underwriting experience.
• Or 14+ years of equivalent work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial underwriting on middle market to corporate transactions.
• Recommend final structure and pricing to the Relationship Manager and Credit Concurrence Officer.
• Write commitment reports and participate in loan committee presentations.
• Participate in joint calls with Relationship Managers to develop new business.
• Mentor and coach junior underwriters and interns, including workflow management.
