Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in credit risk management, focusing on corporate, structured, or leveraged finance.
• Strong financial analysis skills and independent credit underwriting.
• Familiar with loan documentation, trade finance instruments, and ISDA agreements.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage high-value, complex transactions.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders and credit committees.
• Understanding of U.S. lending regulations and corporate banking policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and underwriting for corporate clients across lending products.
• Evaluate historical and projected financial performance, liquidity, and repayment capacity.
• Assess transaction structures, collateral, covenants, guarantees, and risks.
• Review legal docs: credit agreements, security docs, ISDA, guarantees.
• Prepare credit memoranda and risk recommendations for senior committees.
• Conduct annual credit reviews, covenant compliance, waivers, and restructurings.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Legal, and Credit Risk Management to execute transactions.
