Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of progressive experience in credit risk management, with corporate/structured finance focus.
• Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment across complex structures and products.
• Experience with loan documentation and related agreements, including ISDA and credit docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent underwriting and credit assessment of corporate clients across banking products.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses including cash flows, liquidity, leverage, covenants, and stress tests.
• Present independent credit recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
