Job summary

We are a respected mid-size law firm in Coral Gables seeking a Mid-Level Corporate/Transactional Attorney with 5–8 years of experience to join our corporate group. This fully transactional role offers no litigation, with emphasis on deal work, governance, and direct client interaction.

You will draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, support M&A due diligence, advise on governance and compliance, and manage matters with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership or waiver eligibility.
• 5–8 years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work onsite and thrive in a collaborative team.
• Experience with M&A, governance, and contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing documentation.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, compliance, and general business matters.
