Job summary

The Firm in Florida is seeking a senior corporate attorney at partner level to join its Florida office. You will lead sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, oversee the transaction process, and take the lead in negotiations while advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters across diverse industries.

You will mentor junior attorneys and cultivate strong client relationships within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
