The position requires a J.D., 3+ years in relevant legal experience, and involves drafting agreements, offering legal guidance, and improving contract processes. A competitive salary range of $140,000–$150,000 is offered, along with numerous employee benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house with exposure to commercial contracting.
• Experience handling complex business transactions and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar with ability to become licensed in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across multiple business units.
• Serve as a legal advisor providing clear guidance to business stakeholders.
• Improve contract templates and processes for efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams with training and documentation.
