The Trade Desk is seeking a senior corporate attorney in San Francisco to advise on corporate, securities, and transactional matters at a high strategic level. You will drive M&A, financings, equity plans, and governance while partnering with Finance, Investor Relations, and People teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of in-house or equivalent legal experience in corporate and securities matters.
• Experience with M&A, financings, and equity/debt transactions.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and manage external counsel.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted legal advisor to multiple internal teams on high‑impact matters.
• Lead and support M&A, strategic transactions, and related financings.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex corporate and commercial agreements.
• Advise on governance, compensation, and global entity management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, People, and Equity teams on equity matters.
• Mentor and lead the legal team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Represent the company in negotiations with external parties.
