Job summary

You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial terms with major data suppliers and partners, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate with product, privacy, policy, and business development teams to address legal risks, streamline processes, and scale our data initiatives worldwide while mentoring other
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in-house or with a top law firm
- Admitted in NY, IL, or CA or eligible to register as In-House Counsel
- Experience in digital advertising or digital media preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex legal concepts
Responsibilities
- Provide legal leadership on global data initiatives involving licensing and data rights
- Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with major data suppliers
- Advise cross-functional teams on complex legal matters and risks
- Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and processes to scale globally
- Mentor other attorneys
- Identify, research, and address risks related to licensing, IP, data security and privacy
