Formación

• JD; candidates with 10+ years’ business, financial or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST).
• Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while producing high‑quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiating and drafting business agreements.
• Closing private equity and venture capital investment transactions.
• Drafting private placement offerings for small businesses and investment funds.
• Organizing companies, including LLCs and corporations, and drafting all organizational documents.
