Qualifications

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions from LOI through closing and integration.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
• Negotiate master service agreements and vendor contracts.
• Advise operations, HR, safety, and finance on legal issues.
• Manage outside counsel and budgeting for legal matters.
