Job summary

Coral Connect, LLC, a technology-enabled service provider focused on reducing healthcare costs, seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead commercial and corporate legal work.

You will draft and negotiate master service agreements, SaaS contracts, and data agreements, support governance, and advise on regulatory questions including 340B and HIPAA.

Remote with limited travel; collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to grow Coral’s services for providers and patients.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8–12 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with substantial in-house component.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, SaaS, data agreements, NDAs, BAAs, statements of work).
• Support governance, entity matters, and corporate records; handle financings and due diligence.
• Address healthcare regulatory questions (340B, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep business moving and legal risk managed.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and tools used by the legal team.
