The role requires leading critical operating functions, advising on commercial, privacy, employment, and corporate matters, and partnering with executives to shape strategy and risk management. Compensation includes a base salary band with potential bonus or equity depending on the employer.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading the relevant operating, legal, people, or executive function.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and written and verbal communication.
• A record of improving systems and delivering outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Comfort working directly with executives on ambiguous and sensitive priorities.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, compliance, and long-term organizational health.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial, product, privacy, employment, and corporate matters.
• Own strategy, operating cadence, and measurable outcomes for the assigned function.
• Translate executive priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and decision points.
• Build repeatable systems that improve speed, quality, accountability, and risk management.
• Coordinate high-stakes work across leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Surface risks early and provide concise recommendations supported by evidence.
• Develop team capability through hiring, coaching, documentation, and performance management.
