• JD from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of legal experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Exposure to capital markets transactions or public-company readiness initiatives.
• Strong corporate governance and disclosure knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and coordinate external-facing corporate and regulatory documentation with General Counsel and external advisors.
• Own corporate records, disclosures, and governance materials across jurisdictions.
• Support disclosures, controls, and transaction readiness with Finance and external advisors.
• Oversee corporate legal operations, entity maintenance, and documentation workflows.
• Monitor developments in corporate and securities law for high-growth companies and surface risks to leadership.
