Job summary

Symrise is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Saddle Brook, NJ to provide legal review and advice across commercial contracting, regulatory matters, and day‑to‑day advisory support for a large global B2B enterprise.

The role requires a JD, 5–7 years of experience in law firms and in‑house, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment 3–4 days per week from the Saddle Brook office.

Qualifications

• JD from a high ranking law school.
• 5–7 years of experience, ideally with both law firm and in‑house background in a large global organization.
• Excellent drafting skills and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Bar admission and good standing; NJ in-house counsel license (if required).
• Ability to manage multiple matters and negotiate contracts independently.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all business functions under the supervision of General Counsel NA; assist company in achieving objectives.
• Apply legal skills to corporate, business, compliance and other matters; provide strategic value.
