Job summary

GitLab is seeking a senior legal professional to own securities and public company reporting, including SEC filings, quarterly reports, and earnings releases. You’ll advise on corporate governance, board processes, equity plans, and subsidiary matters.

You will support M&A and strategic transactions from diligence through integration, collaborating with a global, remote team. A JD with bar admission and 6+ years of securities and governance experience are required.
