Hanwha Energy USA is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal group, primarily supporting the Data Center business unit. You will provide legal expertise across acquisition, development, financing, and sale of infrastructure projects, including solar energy and energy storage, and will negotiate project documents and oversee outside counsel.

Ideal candidates hold a Juris Doctor degree, active Bar membership, and at least 4 years of experience with 3 years in infrastructure,

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor degree and active Bar membership are required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure project development, M&A, and/or finance.
• Experience with data center development is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Hanwha Energy USA's Data Center business unit with legal guidance on acquisition, development, financing, and sale of infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate project documents and manage outside counsel to ensure favorable risk allocation.
• Identify critical project risk issues and advise on mitigation strategies.
