Job summary

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Texas and in-house counsel or law firm experience.
• Strong compliance and data privacy knowledge with risk assessment skills.
• Experience with capital markets, securities and public company reporting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide compliance program, policy development, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on data privacy matters, develop privacy policies, and review vendor data processing agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Support capital markets activity, SEC filings, and financing transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and related post-closing work.
• Provide counsel to business units and ensure ethics and integrity across the enterprise.
