Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts for multiple business units.
• Prepare and revise standard form contracts and acceptable alternatives.
• Interpret provisions to analyze exposure and risk for the company.
• Provide counsel on contractual terms, risks, and business initiatives to leadership.
