Job summary

Air Liquide seeks a Contracts Manager in Houston, TX to oversee contract development, risk monitoring and commercial management within our E&C group. This exempt role reports to the Director of Contracts and requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Finance/Law and 5–10 years of experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

You will lead contract strategy, manage claims, support audits, and ensure contractual awareness across project teams, while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, Business or related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Front End phase to assess contract operability.
• Prepares and manages Air Liquide E&C Group Contracts per guidelines.
• Manages contracts and builds contractual awareness via the Contract Management Plan.
• Plans and develops contract and claim management strategies during project execution.
• Monitors and controls commercial risks and opportunities over the project lifetime.
