Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Legal is required.
• At least 5-10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of contract management principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Front End phase to assess contract operability.
• Prepares and manages Air Liquide E&C Group Contracts per Guidelines.
• Manages contract and creates contractual awareness within the team via CMP.
• Plans and develops contract and claim management strategies during execution.
• Monitors and controls commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project.
• Mentors project team on contractual requirements (notifications, alerts).
• Establishes client relations and supports negotiations.
• Supports audits and quality assurance processes.
