Job summary

Grüns, part of Unilever's Wellbeing Collective, seeks a seasoned in-house lawyer to own day-to-day legal operations including contracts, litigation management, and advertising enforcement. You will negotiate directly with counterparties, collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Ops, People, and Customer Experience, and work with Unilever's legal teams to scale a fast-growing function.

Qualifications

• JD with active bar license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 3–4 years of post‑JD experience negotiating commercial contracts end to end across vendor, SaaS, marketing, and/or retailer agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial contract review end to end with business teams and Unilever partners.
• Run litigation management including holds, discovery, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Lead advertising enforcement and brand protection work and related filings.
• Build systems: precedent library, templates, and AI usage guidelines for the legal function.
• Coordinate with Unilever specialist teams and Wellbeing legal for cross‑team support.
• Manage outside counsel budgets and invoices and prioritize requests.
