Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in the United States with no record of discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience (firm or in‑house).
• Experience with litigation management in state and federal courts.
• Working knowledge of FCRA, privacy, and payment processing rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on business, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess risk and support goals.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
• Review and monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage relationships with regulators and external partners.
