Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as a litigator and in-house corporate counsel.
• Active Bar admission in New York and New Jersey is mandatory, with waiver into the Pennsylvania Bar within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial transactions across multiple departments.
• Oversee litigation stages (trial and appellate) and corporate governance.
• Draft PMPA Franchise Agreements and real estate transactions; advise leadership on legal risks and compliance.
